This Privacy Policy describes how Tide to Wellness ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our ordering catalog at tide-order.pplx.app ("the Service"), receive SMS communications from us, or interact with our sales representatives.

2. Information We Collect
From customers
- Order information: name, email address, phone number, mailing or shipping address, the products you order, order total, payment confirmation reference (e.g., Zelle reference), and the sales representative who referred you.
- Communication records: SMS messages you exchange with us via our Twilio number (+1 561-567-6003), including delivery status.
- Technical data: IP address, browser/user-agent, and timestamps for orders, signatures, and account actions, collected automatically to operate the Service and detect abuse.
From sales representatives
- Name, email, phone number, parent representative (if a sub-rep), commission rate, and signed handbook acknowledgments (typed signature, signed-at timestamp, IP, user-agent, handbook version).
3. How We Use Information
- Process and fulfill product orders, confirm payment, and arrange shipping.
- Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and payment requests by SMS or email.
- Attribute orders to the referring sales representative for commission calculation.
- Maintain weekly archives of orders and commission records for accounting purposes.
- Record signed rep handbook acknowledgments for compliance and recordkeeping.
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or violations of our terms.
4. Third-Party Services We Use
We share information only with the service providers required to operate the Service:

- Dropbox — secure cloud storage of weekly order archives, inventory snapshots, and rep reference materials. Dropbox's privacy practices: dropbox.com/privacy
- Zelle / banking partners — payments are sent directly from the customer's bank to the Tide to Wellness Zelle account; we receive a reference number but not card or banking credentials.
We do not sell or rent personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
5. SMS and A2P 10DLC Consent
By placing an order or providing your phone number to a Tide to Wellness representative, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from us regarding your order, shipment, and payment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further SMS communication. Reply HELP for assistance. Frequency varies by order activity.
6. Data Retention
Order records, signed acknowledgments, and SMS/email logs are retained for at least seven (7) years to satisfy tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations. Inventory and operational data is retained while it remains useful for managing the business and securely deleted thereafter.
7. Security
The Service uses HTTPS in transit, isolated cloud infrastructure, and access-controlled API tokens for administrative endpoints. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but follow industry-standard practices to protect your information.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. Where required by law (e.g., for California, Colorado, or EU residents), you have additional rights including the right to opt out of certain processing and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
9. Children
The Service is intended for adults aged 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Research-Use-Only Products
All products listed on the Service are sold for in vitro laboratory and research use only. They are not for human consumption, not approved by the FDA for therapeutic use, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher and accept full responsibility for handling and use.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by SMS or email to active customers and representatives.
